Recruiters are responsible for:

• Evaluating candidate resumes against position requirements

• Scheduling and conducting phone interviews with appropriate candidates

• Ensuring status updates are completed in timely fashion
• Identifying new strategies to improve the number of qualified and diverse candidates
• Coordinate interview scheduling (travel arrangements, coordinating candidate and client schedules, offer administrative support to clients
• Consulting and advising highly placed medical professionals
• Building and maintaining relationships with C-level healthcare executives

Candidates must be able to travel once or twice monthly.
 

Ideal candidate must have a strong phone presence and have the ability to turn cold calls in to warm leads. Also, a four-year college degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred.  A desire to lead or take on a management role within the first two years.  Healthcare experience is a plus.
