Want to sell a service you can believe in and know will allow seniors to live comfortably and safely in their own homes?  If so, read on! 

Craig Cares is seeking a friendly, high energy, and determined sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and persuade them to recommend Craig Cares to seniors and their families. Must be customer service oriented, outgoing, and motivated to produce business.  Flexibility, integrity, optimism, a strong work ethic, excellent phone skills, and the ability to build relationships are a must.

If you personally know doctors, hospital discharge planners, case managers or other professionals who interact with seniors or have a network of doctors that you can contact, that is an immediate plus!  In addition have the ability to build long term relationships with referral sources and sell our services via phone or in-person presentations.  You will also complete a sales activity log and review with the President weekly.

The position is part-time, 20 hours per week.

We provide non-medical in-home care and assistance for seniors who need help with everyday activities of living to remain in their home. Our caregivers provide personal care such as assistance with bathing, cooking, shopping and errands, as well as companionship.

Preferred experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of Senior Care a plus.
• At least two years of outside sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail, good memory.
• Great follow through skills - accuracy and ability to prioritize.
• Computerized data base to track all referrals.
