Quality Manager 7814
Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance. Provides education and coaching on the Quality System. Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees.
- The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 10 years Quality experience.
- Experience managing a team of Quality Analysts, desirable.
- Six Sigma Certification highly preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, required.
- Experience working in Aerospace, preferred.
