Description Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America is seeking high energy candidates with prior management experience for an Administrator position at a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Avondale, AZ.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: inventory management, personnel supervision, cost analysis, budgeting, regulatory compliance, business development, risk management and QI.

Position requires knowledge and experience with licensure, AAAHC accreditation, financial management, managed care negotiations and finance, including working knowledge of accounting software, and experience in third party payer negotiations.

Full time position with an excellent compensation package. EOE.

Requirements

Ideal candidate is RN with masters degree in business or healthcare, and operating room experience.
Experience in ASC management required.
Excellent computer and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task, are essential to success in this position. Candidates must function well under pressure and deadlines; attention to detail is critical.
