Mortgage Loan Closer

Job Description


The Mergis Group is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Closers to work for a growing national mortgage company.   

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing file prior to closing for underwriting compliance
  • Work with title companies
  • Review closing documents to ensure underwriting guidelines are met
  • Coordination of the loan closing.
  • Risk assessment for both lender and investor. 


Job Requirements

Requirements include:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication phone skills
  • Conventional, FHA and VA closing experience
  • Ability to perform multiple responsibilities through effective prioritization and time management
  • Ability to develop/maintain professional relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
  • Advanced PC skills
