Harrisonburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a:

 

RN MDS Coordinator-Full-time

 

 

The MDS Coordinator will develop and complete the patient assessment process in accordance with the requirements of federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures. Strong clinical assessment skills, an understanding of the MDS 3.0 process, and a commitment to service excellence are required. We offer a supportive work environment with a stable nursing and administrative team. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.  Some weekends may be required. 

Qualifications:

ü Skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment experience 

ü Strong clinical skills

ü A commitment to service excellence

ü Superior customer service and communication skills

ü An understanding of the MDS 3.0 process
