Job Description 

Job Description: Pharmacist (Evenings) * (09726-13521)
 
 We are looking for dedicated, qualified, compassionate professionals to become part of our team as we strive to be regarded as the provider of choice; employer of choice; and preferred community partner in Eastern Jackson County.
 
Under direct supervision of the Pharmacy Director and /or Supervisor, reviews, interprets and processes medication orders.  Enters orders into the computer system and fills required doses, prepares and/or directly supervises the preparation of IV admixtures, checks all work done by technicians and clerks, and compounds medications as needed.  Communicates with nursing and medical personnel regarding medication orders or drug therapy issues and reviews medication profiles.

Job Requirements 

Qualifications:
Education:     Must be a graduate of an accredited school or college of pharmacy,with a BS or a Pharm D.
          
Licensure/Certifications:  Current licensure from the state of Missouri.
