Girl Scouts of Kentucky’s Wilderness Road Council Headquarters in Lexington - serving 68 counties
Exceptional opportunity for an accomplished executive to provide strategic and dynamic vision in support of the mission to bring world class girl programs to over 20,000 girls in central, eastern and northern Kentucky. In collaboration with the Council Board of Directors, the CEO will direct the senior management team and lead an organization with a $3.9MM operating budget, a staff of 58, and multiple properties.
Requirements
- The ability to attract and motivate volunteers and board members to achieve seamless unity is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years’ comparable experience and outstanding communications skills are required.
- Experience in fund raising, strategic planning, community relations and board governance is a must.
- Corporate executives with dedication to the mission of Girl Scouting who can demonstrate exceptional leadership in the nonprofit world are encouraged to apply.
- Advanced education and training is preferred.
