Position

As a Nurse Liaison, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing professional relationships with discharge planners, physicians and clinicians on-site at acute care hospitals and educating staff, patients and families regarding rehabilitation services provided by Kessler. Additionally,you will assess patients with rehab diagnosis at referring hospitals for admission to Kessler and manage the referral process.


Requirements

Requires a NJ RN license,(BSN preferred)strong clinical, assessment and excellent communication/presentation skills. Experience in the same or similar capacity is preferred.
