Requirements
Mortgage Banker
Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients about their current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Establish an ongoing financial service relationship with clients through the delivery of world class client service
• Interview clients and gather information pertaining to their unique financial situations, needs, and objectives.
• Use state-of-the-art technologies to conduct credit, underwriting, and financial analyses and qualify the client for various loan programs.
• Evaluate alternative loan programs and affordable financing options from a broad range of home loan products.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years mortgage origination experience
• Current book of business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the following abilities: communicate programs, loans terms, features, policies and benefits to customers and business partners
• Proven sales and negotiation experience with the ability to meet production standards established by region or branch
