Life Quotes, Inc. in Darien seeks full-time, experienced corporate recruiter
Up to $50,000 to start, plus $50,000 target bonus =$100,000 first year

We currently have openings for highly-experienced corporate recruiters to help us grow in our busy call center here in Darien. In this job, you'll be expected to recruit and seat no less than 6 inside phone agents per month, 72 per year. That's your goal.

We offer a nice starting salary package that includes company-paid health insurance, company-paid holidays and company-paid time off benefits and matching 401(k). If you place 6 or more new inside sales reps with us per month, you'll make $100,000 in your first first year with us.
Requirements
* We require a 4-year college degree, preferably in business or a business-related major.
* At least 5 most recent years in corporate recruiting and/or talent acquisition with successful track record (please be prepared to bring evidence of same to your first interview with us).
* No history of crimanal conviction or unresolved banktuptcy.
* You must be ready, willing and able to work onsite here in our Darien office 50 hrs. per week.
