Job Description
Job requires high level of ethics due to the sensitive nature of information and financial regulations. In the role, you will be responsible for the aid and development of new client relationships as a trusted advisor. Position does NOT involve cold calling yet utilizes Peak Financial’s marketing programs to steer interested clients to you. Must master the question based sale and setup online/telephone meetings in order to strengthen sales pipeline. Position reports directly to the National Sales Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Consult and inform clients about Peak Financials best-fit solutions.
· Set weekly appointments and calls to connect all decision making parities.
· Meet weekly sales activity requirements.
· Complete weekly documentation and sales report.
· Present program insights and determine client qualifications.
· Present and close individuals seeking financial services aid.
· Presents telecommunications products and services by providing explanations, demonstrations, and literature; asking for the sale; organizing sales team when required; writing proposals; responding to requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs).
· Provides sales planning information and historical records by maintaining database on area and customer sales, sales activities, and account profiles.
· Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements
The ability to illustrate and communicate precisely with client decision makers is a must. Position requires the tenacity to nurture relationships over a period of time and ultimately win their trust and business. Financial industry knowledge is a plus.
Primary Requirements:
· Hunter mentality
· Proven 2 year inside sales history.
· Strong and clear over the phone communicator.
· Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service.
· Must act as advisor on behalf of the client.
· Fluent computer skills including software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Web Browser and online aptitude is vital for successful presentations.
· Ability to work independently and successfully with minimal supervision.
· Very strong interpersonal skills.
· Work ethic and the ability to deal with rejection.
· The ability to nurture a significant sphere of influence and close sales.
· Requirements 2+ Years of sales experience, Computer experience, Organizational and Leadership skills. Financial industry knowledge is a plus.
