America's Car-Mart was founded in 1981 when the first location was opened in Rogers, Arkansas. There was a need in the community for affordable vehicles for hard working people. While other dealers were turning people down for credit, Car-Mart invested confidence in them and sold them a quality vehicle. Car-Mart became an instant success, and in 1982, three more locations were opened.

Today, Car-Mart has 95 locations in Arkansas, Alabama, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Texas. Car-Mart now has over 36 thousand customers, but the spirit and high level of customer service has remained the same.

Job Requirements 

If you have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ plus years of verifiable supervisory/managerial experience you should contact us now. An Associates, Bachelors degree, or Spanish is a plus, but not essential. You must have a valid driver's license, and pass our background screening process in order to qualify.

Travel is an essential job function and relocation is required.
