Part Tine Call Center Service Representative needed in Frederick MD!

We currently have an immediate opportunity in Frederick, MD a Call Center Customer Service Representative, as well as other insurance positions!
The job responsibilities will be to respond to card holders regarding financial debit card transactions inquiries including specific client configurations, provide general overview education information regarding the card usage, confirm accuracy of information given to card holders (i.e. current balance), research card transaction details including declines, investigate disputed transactions, conduct routine maintenance activities on the card record including activation, demographic changes, change of card status (i.e. lost/stolen) and ordering additional cards, promote use of self service functionality by informing callers of is availability and capabilities, alert management of repeat phone calls due to issues that have not been resolved within standards and assist in providing excellent customer service by performing ad hoc duties as defined by the Supervisor.
You will be working part time evenings/weekends - Mon-Fri 7pm-11pm and Sat-Sun 8am-11pm. You will be working 16-20 hours a week. Weekdays will vary for each employee; 4 hours. One Saturday or Sunday will be required; 8 hours. You will be required to work company holidays, Dec 25, Jan 1 (day hours may be available) and Jan 18 (evening hours only). Training will begin Dec 7th from 5PM to 11PM. You will begin working assigned schedule starting Sunday Dec 13th after training.

Requirements
Knowledge of English for reading, writing and mathematical skills, generally equivalent to a high school diploma, previous experience as a Customer Service Representative required, general knowledge of consumer driven products such as health reimbursement and flexible saving accounts is a plus, strong verbal communications skills are required, exhibit advanced job knowledge and quality customer service skills, display high level of confidence when responding to phone inquiries, ability to handle escalated calls appropriately and the ability to utilize standard call tracking tools and on-line reference material.
