Description Oncimmune, a biotechnology firm located just outside of Kansas City is seeking a professional, growth minded individual to join our client services team.

Key responsibilities include:

Answering inbound calls to department and responding to inquiries
Assistance resolving samples received with corrective action needed
Reporting test results
Backup administrative support to business development team
Materials shipping and tracking
Training
Development support
Communication with business development team to meet client needs
Outbound calls to clients

Requirements Requirements:

Previous experience of a minimum of 2 years in a client services role.
The experience should be in a health related organization
Must have direct experience talking with health professionals preferably with physicians, nurses, and technicians
Basic typing, 10-key, and Microsoft Office skills required
Experience with shipping software preferred
Use of a CRM tool helpful
Training and/or sales experience preferred
