Responsibilities:

- Design Commercial product training programs on heavy equipment machines

- Develop Commercial Training Documentation throughout research, analysis and interpretation of engineering information

- Transform technical product information in "value, features and benefits" for salesmen and customers

- Deliver commercial product training and business skills training to dealer organization

- Proactive collaboration with platform Marketing Managers and Technical Training Group to monitor product evolution and update Product Info and Training Documentation

- Proactive collaboration with Sales Team in the Markets to identify and satisfy local training needs

- Coordinate the activity of external suppliers in preparation of product literature ensuring the objectives of timing and cost
Market & Competitive analysis to develop selling tips supporting dealers' sales

 

job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years experience in the Farm Industry or heavy equipment industry experience
Product Knowledge on Agricultural machines
Minimum of 2 years of training / business experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills
Self-starter, demonstrates initiative and commitment to quality training ethics and increase sales and customer satisfaction
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
Depth with Excel, Power Point and Word
Knowledge of an additional European language would be preferred.

Additional Job Requirements:

Availability to travel 30-40%
