Briggs Equipment is seeking an Equipment Coordinator for our Corporate Office in Dallas, Texas.  This position is responsible for processing all sales department orders. 

Essential Job Functions
*Communicate with vendors
*Handle all phases of customer billing
*Maintain new equipment inventory and assist with used equipment inventory
*File necessary monthly reports for vendors and corporate office
*Perform inventory reconciliation
*Create and update purchase orders
*Learn all jobs in department which includes payables
*Work with branches on a daily basis
*Ability to develop a rapport and understanding at all levels to get problems solved and needs met
*Heavy record keeping
Requirements

*Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

*Ability to develop a rapport and understanding at all levels to get problems solved and needs met

*Excellent time management and communication skills

*Data entry – must be accurate

*Heavy attention to detail is required

*Ability to work with minimum supervision

*Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.

*Experience in material handling industry would be a plus
