Job Description
Harrisonburg Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center has an immediate opening for a RN House Supervisor. This position supervises the nursing department in the Director of Nursing's absence. The House Supervisor reviews staffing at the change of a shift, and assigns and replaces staff to meet patient care needs. This position is also responsible for completing patient care rounds; coordinating admissions, transfers/discharges and ensuring appropriate documentation; and assisting in orientation/evaluation of employees.
The typical hours for this position will be 2nd shift. We offer a supportive work environment with a stable nursing and administrative team. This is a great position to break into management!
