After School Science Instructor

Get children excited about science! The Mad Science Group® is the world’s leading fun science provider that delivers exciting, hands-on and educational science experiences! Each year we spark the imagination of millions of children in schools, at birthday parties and special events.

Mad Science of St. Louis is looking for dynamic, fun presenters to deliver hands-on science experiments and demonstrations for children from the ages of four to twelve for classes beginning this fall. We conduct programs in schools, libraries, homes, community centers, and summer camps.

This is a part-time position with hours starting after the school day ends. We are currently looking for candidates for our Winter program and who can start January 2010.

Requirements

- Lots of experience working with children from 4-12 years old

- Access to reliable transportation

- Very outgoing and fun personality

- Knowledge of Basic Science
