Production Supervisor (Metal Recycling)

Progress Rail Services Corporation, a Caterpillar Company and a leading provider of services to the Railroad industry in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, seeks a Production Supervisor for its proposed Recycling facility located in Pueblo, Colorado.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience overseeing recycling operations and repair/maintenance of equipment such cranes, shears and other related equipment.

• Overall supervision of employees, maintenance and repair of equipment, movement of materials and other duties as assigned
• Perform safety inspections and audits on related equipment
• Perform technical training

• Minimum 3 years experience in recycling operations, metal cutting, and other business and technical functions of a metal recycling operation
• Engaging personality and good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers
• Must be able to pass a review of convictions (felonies and misdemeanors) in the last 7 years
• Must be able to pass a through drug screen and fitness for duty medical exam
