OBJECTIVE
Maintain, manage, and control all rental properties with minimum vacancies while achieving quality maintenance and professional management. Will oversee and manage residential, commercial and industrial tenants.
Perfect position for someone who can take charge of the development projects from land acquisitions, zoning modifications, pro forma preparations through construction.
REQUIREMENTS

California Real Estate License

Excellent Oral and Communication Skills

Minimum three years property management and subsidized housing experience

Supervision Experience

Spanish speaking is a plus
