The primary purpose of this position is to support Alcoa’s Treasury operations by performing the functions necessary to maintain the bank account administration process and security administration for our treasury management system and online banking products. This position will also be responsible for coordinating any global reporting required for the company’s bank accounts.
Key Challenges:
- Meet defined deadlines
- Understand the documentation requirements of Alcoa’s domestic and global banks
- Coordinate reporting that will involve the efforts of individuals globally
- Meet and exceed all audit requirements and always operate with close attention to risks and controls
Major Activities:
- Bank account administration for domestic and foreign bank accounts
- Treasury system and online bank security administration
- Maintenance of bank account database
- Coordinate global reporting for Tax and Audit
- Perform self assessment process
- Other assignments to support Treasury
