In this position, you will network with case managers, social workers and physicians in the local community to market Kindred Hospital Albuquerque, and increase patient referrals. You will identify, manage, and develop lead sources for multiple Kindred nursing centers within an assigned market. You will conduct on-site clinical assessments of potential patients and determine appropriateness for admissions. You will facilitate all aspects of a smooth transfer/admission process.

Valid drivers license.
Two years of healthcare marketing/sales experience preferred
Clinical/Case Management experience preferred
