CSR Customer Service Representative Job in Mesa, AZ
We have four openings for a Customer Service job opportunity in Mesa, AZ. Candidates must have prior experience within customer service or call center to be considered for this position. In this role, you will be taking inbound calls from customers and act as a first point of contact.
The Customer Service responsibilities include:
• Answering inbound calls from customers – about 60-100 calls a day
• Level one customer service calls - taking payments, changing addresses, etc.
• Providing outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
• At least three years of customer service experience
• Comfortable being in a call center environment
• Must have excellent custom service skills and a positive attitude
