Responsibilities
Responsible for providing life product illustrations, applications, and sales materials to Crump producers; navigating software and www.Crumplifeinsurance.com tools with producers & their staff members; assisting with appropriate carrier/product recommendations. Produce qualified illustrations that meet producer objectives in a timely manner
Assigned to a specific team, but will be geographically located with other Sales Support Associates to help grow overall knowledge. Exclusive where appropriate, dedicated where appropriate. Provide product and carrier information to the producer groups as well as internal staff Maintain detailed product and financial knowledge on all carriers Know the competitive environment to run appropriate illustrations Provide producers with illustration and supplies Interact daily with internal staff along with producers Develop a working knowledge of the carrier software packages Document requested illustration for sales follow-up Effectively probe to understand producer needs Educational development to understand competitive market, product, and industry trends/impacts Point of contact for distribution of forms, etc. Assist in responding to producer requests for available marketing/sales support materials Qualifications
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and time management skills Effective communication and follow-up skills Basic PC knowledge Phone etiquette essential General knowledge of industry, product and sales process a plus. Will Consider a recent grad with Business Degree. Experience with PC’s in a Windows environment Good customer service and organizational skills with ability to listen effectively to appropriately define needs Displays maturity, competitiveness, and good work ethic BS/BA Degree or previous experience in related field preferred. Experience in the Life product industry with proven proficiency in product and industry knowledge a strong plus
