CARQUEST is seeking highly motivated top talent for Store Management opportunities NATIONWIDE!

The Store Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the store assets including cash, inventory, vehicles, furniture, and fixtures. Other duties will include hiring, training, and developing a professional staff of associates while delivering superior customer service. To be successful, you need a minimum of three years working experience in the Automotive Aftermarket.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Associates Degree in Business Management (Preferred)
Vocational Automotive training is a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driving license and a good driving record
Good organization and communication skills
Mechanical aptitude and good understanding of automotive systems
Basic Computer skills
Background check
Drug Screen
Dress Code is strictly enforced
