Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance, leadership and coaching to Sales Agents.
  • Review and coordinate monthly sales, performance and customer satisfaction goals for each branch.
  • Resolve any elevated customer complaints/issues not handled by Sales Agent.
  • Oversee the daily activities of the office to ensure company compliance (bank deposits, cash handling, moral, communications, office maintenance and dress code).
  • Assure accurate and timely communication of company goals and expectations to subordinates.
  • Ensure that cash control procedures are being followed.
  • Ensure the office is opening and closing according to schedule.
  • Review time sheets for schedule adherence.
  • Operate within established budgetary guidelines. 
  • Informing District Manager of all office maintenance and other facility needs. Oversee supply requisition.
  • Serve as security service point-of-contact (along with District Manager).
  • Assist in successful transition of new employees to office.
  • Identify opportunities and make recommendations regarding methods to improve work processes and financial performance.
 
 


Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and customer service skills
  • Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply
  • For applicants who do not currently have a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license, the license must be obtained in the first 90 days with company assistance.  Ask for details.
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Prior insurance and/or call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently and complete multiple tasks in a high-pace environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include some nights and weekends
  • Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the day both on the phone and in person
  • Maintain a professional office appearance and work environment at all times
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently as required
  • Excellent work ethic
  • College degree in business or related field or equivalent preferred
