We are a fee-based financial planning practice located in Denver, Colorado. Our planning strategies are best suited for business owners or affluent families. Our team is cohesive, collegial, fast paced and professional. Together, we provide our clients with an extraordinarily high level of service. Creating a ?predictable environment? inside the practice is essential. This is the role of the Practice Manager/Planner Assistant.

 

About you ?

You have worked in a financial services environment. Perhaps you started out as a financial advisor, fell in love with financial planning but greatly disliked prospecting. Or perhaps you learned the business from the ground up assisting a top planner. Today, you are a polished professional, securities registered and insurance licensed. You handle both short and long term projects adeptly. You have a solid technical knowledge and love rolling up your sleeves to help develop financial plans, respond to client issues or process business. You have strong Microsoft Office skills. You are a highly effective written and verbal communicator and provide outstanding customer service.

 

Job responsibilities -

u Maintain a 'predictable environment' for clients and team members

u Debrief with advisors following client meetings and handle action plans for all phases of planning and implementation

u Maintain our CRM and track progress of deliverables

u Provide support for plan manufacture and investment reviews

u Run client eMoney set-up meetings and maintain the eMoney system

u Handle all new business processing

u Assure office organization, including scanning and filing

u Deal with complex client service issues independently

u Assure that practice is operating compliantly and profitably

u Develop and implement systems that assure a consistently high level of client satisfaction

u Work on marketing initiatives
