Job Description

 


Lead the development and execution of marketing and sales campaign communication strategies that drive sales for Case, New Holland and Kobelco construction equipment in North America. Create break-through strategies for advertising, campaign creative development, customer and dealer campaign newsletter design, and web marketing communications. This is a highly visible internal customer, dealer, media and consumer role.



  • Advertising (incl., dealer co-op advertising), campaign creative and copy development

  • Direct Marketing design, and sales promotion design and messaging development (DMs, collateral development) coordination with vendor
  • Media placement
  • New product launch marketing communication development and tactical execution
  • Web marketing implementation tasks – online banners, flashsite, search engine optimization
  • Internet traffic and KPI analysis
  • Brand merchandise development and vendor coordination for promotions
  • Photography asset management (Widen) – support dealer and field interface
  • Annual dealer ad planner development
  • Support budget management and tracking incl. dealer co-op advertising program
  • Invoice and payment handling



Requirements

 



  • Education: B.S. or B.A. degree – Marketing, Communications, Business or related major.

  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in marketing, sales, advertising, trade show, media and other commercial activities.

  • Knowledge of capital equipment, business and competitive practice and channel marketing experience is preferred.

  • The candidate must have demonstrated successful completion of marketing promotions projects, understanding of project management; proven analytical skills.

  • Need to be competent at using software programs such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to make presentations to dealers and customers, as well as internal company staff and media.

  • Should also have experience in management outside advertising agencies
