Cisco Network Support Analyst
We have a 3-6 month contract need for a Network Support Analyst for our direct client in downtown Atlanta, GA.
Cisco Network Support Analyst responsibilities:
-The candidate will need knowledge of firewalls, routing/switching, wireless and network services.
-This consultant will be performing base-line support work in support of the team and should have basic Cisco routing and switching and Cisco Wireless LAN skills.
-The position works closely with peer Infrastructure Services groups to insure implementation of their technologies and the data and voice network strategies.
-The position is responsible for support of the existing data and voice network.
-The position works closely with the IT Infrastructure Operations Center to ensure that proper procedures are in place to support end-user requests.
Cisco Network Support Analyst requirements:
-Network Support experience
-Experience performing base-line support work
-Basic Cisco Routers and Switches experience
-Basic Cisco Wireless LAN skills
