Organization Objective/Purpose:

Associate Financial Consultant

Building strong, personal relationships with our clients is a key
component of our business strategy. Our Associate Financial
Consultants will pursue this mission through:

Proactive outbound calls to Schwab clients, partnering with subject
matter experts, peers and managers.

Delivering unparalleled value and outstanding service.

Presenting clients and prospects with a growing array of financial
services and products.

Brief Description of Role:

We are looking for people with a passion for helping clients�.

You will be responsible for:

Meeting with clients and prospects to identify/analyze their assets
and financial goals/objectives, referring more complex financial
situations when appropriate

Providing comprehensive, high touch service and advice to clients
and prospects

Proactive outbound calling

Technical/Functional Qualifications:

We place a premium on high performance, quality service and the
ability to execute the Schwab strategy.

Essential skills include:

Undergraduate degree highly preferred

Series 7 and 63 required, Series 66 preferred

2 plus years of experience in the financial services industry

Financial Sales experience preferred

Knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services

Strong client relationship building experience
