We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team to attract and recruit diverse and highly competitive talent in support of business objectives.

This position is responsible for the firm's Talent Acquisition strategy. This includes influencing senior leaders, enhancing tools and process, sourcing and marketing the Baird brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience and great internal service to our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide ongoing leadership to the TA team, including coaching, training, development, work allocation and communication on business updates.

2. Build and develop excellent working relationships with client and key stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the business and Baird's talent needs.

3. Work with Senior Executives, Human Capital Leaders and the Recruiting team to build long-term talent acquisition plans.

4. Collaborate effectively with Human Capital partners to drive high-quality delivery and positive hiring manager and candidate experiences.

5. Manage strategic talent initiatives such as diversity relationships and partnerships, Baird's Intern Program and campus recruiting efforts.

6. Oversee and continue to refine all talent acquisition processes, including applicant tracking, the candidate experience, the interview process, and training and onboarding.

7. Propel sourcing strategies through the use of social media, emphasizing passive candidate attraction and maximizing the benefits of LinkedIn Recruiter.

8. Work with Baird's Marketing and Communication department to drive recruiting marketing efforts via the Web, print and social media. Develop innovative methods to reach candidates and broadcast the Baird brand.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree in Human Resources preferred.

2. A minimum of ten years of recruiting, executive search or related talent acquisition/management experience focused on hiring and retaining top talent. Three to five years managing a team.

3. Demonstrated leadership in building teams, optimizing team talents and growing individuals.

4. Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels. Must have a broad understanding of the external market and how it should influence strategy.

5. A proven consultative approach, deep program management experience and an ability to influence senior leadership regarding critical talent decisions.

6. Must be flexible, adaptable and motivated by constant change. Proven success in an ever-changing, entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
