Business Process Analyst Description Join the largest utility company in the nation as the Business Process Analyst! ettain group has an immediate need for a Business Process Analyst in Charlotte, NC to work on a 10 month W2 Contract. As the Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for the functional support of the Passport Asset Suite (Ventyx Portal J). Please read below to see if this is the position for you! Description • Responsible for the functional support of Passport Asset Suite (Ventyx Portal J). • Supply Chain Modules are Inventory, Contracts, Purchasing, and Payables. • You will provide the business process knowledge to provide daily business support of Supply Chain applications. • You will serve as the primary interface between the business users and IT and is responsible for requirements definition, problem resolution, and testing of the tool as required.
