Quality Assurance Manager - Los Angles
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for conducting regular weekly store visits and secret shops within their assigned region, and provide feedback and performance improvement reports to upper management based on those visits.
The Quality Assurance Manager must initiate and maintain relationships with local retail store management and store owners.
The Quality Assurance Manager will maintain weekly contact through emails and phone calls with all stores within their assigned region.
The Quality Assurance Manager must be able to effectively deal with customer complaints.
The Quality Assurance Manager must possess computer literacy and be proficient with Microsoft Office..
- Minimum 2-year Degree preferred
- Bilingual speaking candidates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, or as part of a team.
- Possess a professional demeanor at all times.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong understanding of and experience with Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
- Ability to identify, process, and solve problems.
- Travel requirement up to 70%
