Provides support to the Joint Feasibility and Test program for Exercise, Test and Analysis. Provides development and coordination of an integrated evaluation program relevant to the appropriate program, includes development and coordination of evaluation measures, recommendation of new areas of evaluation for incorporation into evaluation planning efforts, and formulates special studies, as needed, to support of the test evaluation program. Involves providing advice and guidance to test management in planning, coordinating, and managing their testing programs. Using knowledge of JT&E and ORSA methodologies provides expert advice and guidance to test management in developing analytical and evaluation strategies and in applying qualitative and quantitative methodology, scientific principles, survey research, statistical analysis, and mathematical methods to the analysis of various types of data related to the assessment of the effectiveness of the selected or planned test venues. Top Secret/ SCI clearance required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of related experience.
8 years experience working with in operational test environment including T&E project execution
5+ years experience working within a COCOM or higher staff process
Strong background and understanding of TTP development and testing process within DoD
Understanding of T&E procedures including conduct of DOT&E test operations
Strong graphic and Microsoft office experience
Requires a level of expertise that is acquired from a Master’s degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or other related technical field with experience related to program management and/or Defense test and evaluation.
