Requirements CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER
DKSL, LLC dba Paramount Builders

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Effectively manage various construction projects including interior renovations, concrete walkways and stairways, and portables, with the goal of controlling the quality, cost, and duration

Assist with bid estimating by analyzing specifications, plans, and subcontractor bid proposals

Review submittals from subcontractors and ensure that they are in compliance with the specifications and plans

Prepare the job schedule for projects in coordination with the owner, users, and subcontractors

Facilitate communication between the owner, subcontractors, and consultants

Perform on-site supervision to ensure all subcontractors are performing the work according to the specifications and plans

Organize all project documents and facilitate the transmittal of all necessary items to the proper groups

Continuously monitor the progress of the project and ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met


REQUIREMENTS:

0 Years Experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 2+ Years Experience in Construction

Computer proficiency is required (Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, E-mail)

Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle

Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task

Must be detail-oriented
