Senior Manager - Sales Support


Job Description

The Senior Manager - Sales Support (Artificial Lift) will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes and tools that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, contribute to the overall strategy, and manage complex issues within functional area of expertise.

Essential Responsibilities

In addition, you will:

  • Create a culture of highest integrity and compliance in support of global standards
  • Provide customer-driven process and tools solutions to support sales and commercial teams
  • Research best-in-class processes and tools
  • Utilize Six Sigma project management techniques to develop and deliver tools and processes
  • Lead required change management processes for implementations
  • Manage projects to ensure they remain within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Report timely status to Project Steering Committee and other leaders
  • Collaborate with SMEs, AL functional and AL regional teams to develop fit-for-purpose solutions, globally
  • ID and manage global issues for continuity and synergy in design
  • Manage the user acceptance testing team to thoroughly test new systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Provide required training for all related processes and tools


  • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 additional years of job-related experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience with platforms, such as ERP, CRM, or QMS
  • Minimum of 2 years of process improvement and change management experience

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 35% of the time, as required
