Compensation: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Exciting Pre-IPO company is seeking a hands a strong Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a high visibility role reporting directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
• Lead performance in financial analysis and reporting activities to support short-term and long-range strategic plans and operating budgets.
• Manage company's financial planning process and procedures.
• Evaluate data, prepare forecasts, and analyze trends in sales,operations, general business conditions, and other related areas.
• Execute strategic financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting
• Oversee financial modeling and the assessment and evaluation of alternative financial plans as they relate to the organization's objectives.
• Contributes to financial strategic planning, analysis and to improve current processes
• Present budget and forecast recommendations to senior leadership team.
Requirements:
• BS/BA in related discipline. MBA highly preferred
• 7+ years experience in related field or industry
• Advanced Excel functions, GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills
