V.P. FINANCE / CFO / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Description V.P. FINANCE/CFO - Seeking a self-starter and results driven individual who will be responsible for the direction of all activities and personnel involved in the financial management of the agency. This includes planning, coordination, and supervision of all business and financial aspects of the agency. Responsible for directing the day to day operations and personnel of the Business Department/Clinical Operating System and processes throughout the agency. Additionally coordinate management of information technology, generate financial reports, prepare budgets, external reports and information for short and long range planning.
Applicants must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Additional requirements include:
Masters or CPA preferred OR
Baccalaureate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Health Care Management and five years financial/accounting experience required
Five years financial/accounting including two years in a home health care and Hospice setting required
Working knowledge of Allscripts/Misys preferred
Experience in management of information technology development, operations, and planning is preferred.
