Job Description
Classification: Payroll Supervisor/Mgr/Dir
Compensation: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
Large company seeking a payroll manager to perform and coordinate accurate and timely performance of payroll processing time and attendance, 401(k)
contributions, loan funding and reporting, garnishments and support payments.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Review/Analyze steps of the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely completions of payroll transactions, ensure that all payroll interfaces and uploads are accurate, manage payroll functions that include account reconciliations, audit preparation, generate on-demand reports and conduct audits using database reports to ensure SOX compliance, assist in identifying, testing, implementing, training and procedures for more efficient and effective payroll and employment tax processes, develop, document and implement a cross-training environment with payroll staff.

Job Requirements
8 -10 + years of payroll experience and 5+ years in a supervisory/management role. Associate degree in business, accounting or related field; or equivalent experience.
Bachelors degree preferred. Must have APA fundamental certification, CPP preferred. Working knowledge of KRONOS and ADP Enterprise, Advanced Excel skills must.
Must have strong knowledge of Federal, State and local payroll laws.
