EAP Supervisor - San Francisco, CA
OptumHealth Behavioral Solutions is seeking an EAP Supervisor to oversee a team of highly dedicated telephonic EAP Counselors in our San Francisco, CA office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations and supervision of a call center that provides telephone assessment, triage, Behavioral Health benefits assistance and telephonic consultation.
- Conduct individual and team meetings to manage performance and adherence to company policies and practices
- Oversee day to day operations of the call center, including scheduling, maintaining coverage and assisting EAP Counselors with their calls
- Act as a liaison to Account Management and non-business hours teams
- Respond to escalated issues to ensure seamless service to our members
- Update team on new workflows and policy/procedure changes
- Current, unrestricted Behavioral Health license in the State of California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD/PsyD or RN with BH experience)
- A minimum of 3 years of post-Master's clinical experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience directly supervising staff
- Demonstrated ability to use a PC in a Windows environment
- Prior EAP experience
- Experience in a managed care setting
- Call center experience
- EAP certification
