Maxim Staffing is looking for qualified Certified Nursing Assistants to work at various facilities in and around the Pittsburgh, PA area. We work with a variety of facilities and settings, and need excellent Certified Nursing Assistants who have the urge to succeed and learn! These positions are for Per Diem (PRN) supplemental work coverage.

Compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (or nurse aide, orderlies, patient care technician, home health aide) is needed to provide assistance to patients with daily living tasks, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities include:

Giving patients important social and emotional support.

Providing vital information on patient conditions to nurses.

Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting nurses with medical equipment, and checking patient vital signs.

Qualifications include:

Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience required, based on state requirements, with home health experience preferred.

Current CPR certification, based on state requirements.

Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements.

Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray.
