providing in-house AV support for all audio/video equipment, controls, and VTC conferencing systems.
You will be operating at a distance from your own managers.... at our client’s corporate headquarters. 
You will collaborate with our client’s management...being an ambassador of good relationships...sensitive to our client’s needs and schedules.

AudioVisual & VTC SENIOR On-Site Technical Engineering & Support -Tandberg– San Francisco, CA

- Provide senior-level on-site technical support and preventative maintenance for multi-media operations in client meeting rooms.
- This will be in a fast-paced very upscale corporate environment.
- Will be interfacing with executive, educational and routine meeting environments.
- Schedule and develop preventative maintenance programs
- Collaborate with client management to define requirements and assist with enhancements
- Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate all AV & VTC equipment and systems
- Consult & educate all levels of end-users.
Requirements - Have a Strong background in Audio Visual system installations – a multi-purpose AV Technician.
Must have extensive experience with Tandberg AV technologies, Tandberg Codian infrastructures (Codian MCU, ISDN GW, Tandberg VCS and Tandberg TMS.
- Must be proficient in configuring and trouble-shooting Tandberg Endpoints, and supporting Global production events.
- Must have basic IP and ISDN knowledge.
- We prefer experience within a global investment banking environment.

- Complete working knowledge of today’s AV & VTC technology.
- Need to be very competent at not only operating all equipment and systems, but also troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and calibrate
everything.
- Must already be proficient at setting up AV conferencing systems, and be able to trouble-shoot & correct operational glitches.
- Highly effective communication & people interaction skills.  These are primary customer contact positions … servicing our customer’s
needs on their turf.
- Think, work independently – meet deadlines – extreme attention to details. 
- PC windows proficiency – Word, Excel, Outlook should be good friends ---Ability to learn new software packages.
- High level of problem-solving and AV trouble-shooting skills. Do you have examples?
- Prior experience as an in-house audio visual support person would be golden.  This could be in a corporate AV department – Hotel AV
service – educational organization -- AV support.
- Able to operate independently – at a distance from manager’s office.
- 3+ years AV / Presentation technology is sought.  Strong customer service experiences and training is a plus.
