FXI is a leading foam manufacturer and is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electricians to support our production maintenance needs.  The Maintenance Electrician will have the following responsibilities: 

• Repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, electrical schematics, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specification , machinery and control equipment, such as, conveyor systems, PLC's, relays, motor control centers, and production machines and equipment, using hand tool, power tools precision measuring equipment, and electrical testing instruments.
• Observes mechanical and electrical equipment in operation. Conducts tests to determine causes or potential causes of trouble.
• Dismantles devices to gain access and replace defective parts.
• Examines condition of parts and formulates recommendations as to repair or replace decisions.
• Lubricates and cleans parts and machines.
• May initiate purchase requisitions for parts and machines.
• May fabricate parts as needed for repair of machinery and equipment.
• Perform related duties as needed.
