The Exton, TJMaxx Location is interviewing for the following hourly positions
Full-time Merchandise Coordinator
Use your leadership skills to prioritize and delegate merchandising assignments, provide customer service, and assist with the presentation of goods on the sales floor. A good eye for visual presentation and previous retail experience is preferred. Strong customer service, merchandising, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrative success in training others. Solid problem solving and decision making skills. The ability to take initiative. Creative, enthusiastic, energetic, and flexible. A minimum of six months leadership experience is required for coordinator positions. Success in these positions could open doors to your management career!
Part-time Merchandise Associates
Provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers. Help with merchandising and feature presentation on the sales floor. Ensures accurate cash register procedures in accordance with company guidelines and policies.

Full-time Customer Service Coordinator
Ensure front line associates provide prompt,courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers. Resolve customer service issues appropriately and competently. Ensure operational controls at the front line, Service Desk, and Layaway are in accordance with company guidelines and policies. Assist the Operations Manager in administering corporate and store based asset protection programs and initiatives.Work with Store Management to assess needs and provide recognition to associates. Strong customer service, frontline, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Demonstrative success in training others. Solid problem solving and decision making skills. The ability to take initiative. Creative, enthusiastic, energetic, and flexible.
