The Customer Service Representatives in our state-of-the-art call centers are the front-line team at T-Mobile and our entire organization is dedicated to their support. Members of this knowledgeable and personable team handle calls from customers nationwide with empathy and precision.

Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Reps let their interpersonal skills shine as they resolve a variety of customer inquires such as technical and billing questions for T-Mobile customers across the U.S. In this role you'll be empowered to solve problems independently and make decisions that you consider to be in the customer's best interest. You'll also be able to keep up to date with our ever-evolving technology and translate this information into terms your customers can understand. RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty
Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries
Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues
Complete ongoing training to stay abreast of product, service and policy changes
Strike a positive and cooperative tone with both customers and coworkers
Demonstrate best judgment in the disbursement of adjustments and credits
Increase the customer experience by providing information on new products, rate plans, and services through up selling opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Six months to one year Customer Service experience
Call center and wireless experience a plus
High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrated competency in Windows
Keyboarding proficiency and use of automated systems
Stellar verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to thrive in a lively working environment and multi-task
The flexibility to work weekends and other varied shifts as assigned
