We are a regionally accredited university, focusing on allied health, business and computer technology, looking for an exceptional Surgical Technology Program Director!
What you need for this position:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited university with related degree
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
- 5+ years of experience in the operating room, with relevant management experience overseeing and training staff
- 3+ years teaching in surgical technology.
- Strong leadership and management skills
What you'll be doing:
Working under the direction of the Campus Academic Dean.
- Provide instructional and supervisory duties in relation to classroom and our students, including, but not limited to, administrative, instructional, curriculum, assessment, student satisfaction, retention, and professionalism.
