Job Description

A leading company in the medical device industry is currently seeking a RA/QA Manager to join their team. For the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity with great growth prospects. Details:


1) Perform RA/QA review of qualification/validation documentation

2) Ensure that all activities related to the production of medical devices and products are carried out within the parameters of the appropriate regulatory, and company standards

3) Provide advice and reports to senior management regarding quality and regulatory issues

4) Ensure all validation activities are performed in accordance with requirement and relevant time-frames

5) Facilitate and drive continuous quality improvement plans

6) Co-ordinate and perform quality training and initiate quality improvement processes

7) Ensure all necessary documentation for submissions is completed accurately

8) Review and appraise the content of regulatory submissions

9) Analyze and develop business process

10) Manage financial objectives by preparing the quality assurance budget, schedule expenditures and analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions

Job Requirements

1) University degree is required (preference will be given to those with degree in relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to people have recent experience in RA/QA management
