Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 per year

The Accounting Manager is responsible for resolving complex accounting situations that arise during the normal course of business.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Execute accounting for business acquisitions and disposals.
  • Budget, account for and report insurance, property tax and royalty arrangements.
  • Work close with software service provider on all accounting matters.
  • Review account reconciliation. Ensure all account reconciliation are performed and reviewed in a timely & quality manner.
  • Forecast & prepare variance analysis for non-benefit creditors monthly
  • Accounting for Preferred shares and other complex transactions
  • Partner with the Risk Management Team to get updates on Workers Comp/Auto insurance reserve estimates.
  • Perform Sarbanes Oxley required documentation. Provide all necessary documentation to assessors for the walk through and testing process.

    • Requirements Ideal candidate should have 3 plus years as an Accounting Manager come from a large company environment.

    B.S.,CPA or MBA is preferred.
