Special Counsel's Charlotte office is seeking licensed commercial finance associates with 2 + years of experience to join the commercial finance departments of multiple AmLaw 100 firms in the Carolinas. These firms' nationally recognized commercial finance practice groups represent banks, investment funds, finance companies and other financial institutions providing debt capital in a wide array of financing transactions including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, refinancings and recapitalizations. The ideal candidates will have graduated from a Top 20 law school or in the top 10% of their class and have large law firm experience. Law review is a plus.
